The IBHP Harbor Patrol Officer challenge coin is a commemorative token that honors the dedicated personnel of the Harbor Patrol within the International Border Harbor Patrol (IBHP). These officers are responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and law enforcement across waterways, ports, and harbors, particularly along international borders. Their responsibilities often include patrolling shipping lanes, monitoring vessels, and responding to emergency situations on the water, such as rescues, drug trafficking, or illegal immigration.
